1. The location of the hotel is just away from everything so if you don't have a car it might be a problem. 2. It faces a cemetery which is not mentioned in the description of the hotel. 3. I arrived at 16:30 but still made me wait for an extra 30 minutes to check on the rooms. 4. Rooms need to be renovated and the curtains are extremely dirty and don't fully close the windows 5. I've contacted reception 6 times to turn on the AC at night and they just ignored my request. 6. Breakfast was fair not many options. There was no fruit or any kind of dessert for breakfast.

The room is nice. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Chef is great. The location is good for us because cause I need the hospital so good luck for me.

The hotel is a 15 minute bus E5 Bus ride from the city centre. The rooms are modern and comfortable but lack a safe. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was fine but served in a huge and soulless room. A Pide/Köfte restaurant shares the sure.

What a top hotel used to be like. Samsun Mes Hotel & Spa not only met the expectations but exceeded 110%. No Covid excuses to limit services or amenities, just 1st class of everything that left you feeling great that you chose this hotel to stay. Yes the amenities were outstanding , bathroom had everything you could ask for, shower was excellent , the beds more then comfortable. Breakfast is included and is outstanding well beyond anyones expectations. Then here is the best part all the staff and especially Mr. Mertçan were magnificent, friendly and made me feel as if I was staying with my family ( the ones I like) If you are in Samsun don’t even think about another hotel, nothing else comes close. We arrived late and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We traveled by bikes and were pleased that there was space to park them, with security cameras.

Overall the hotel is poor and old. Located near storage industrial area opposite to cemetry. Food served was bad. The room was not bad with poor amenities. The sockets in the room were exposed near wash basin. Old & dirty towels. About 10mints to the center.
